Our rep can easily log into the app, see which customers he should visit, plan his route for the day, check notes on each customer before he goes in, take orders on the spot, and leave notes and pictures for the next time. It gives us very detailed notes and data for account management, while also allowing for reporting and analytics on the aggregate level.

> **Cons**: It's a relatively new product, so we've run into a few situations where a feature that we would like is not available.  However, they've been extremely responsive with requests and flexible with their development schedule, and have prioritized every feature request that we've made.

> After running into serious limitations with our existing CRM tool, we decided to add on Simply Depo, and could not be happier with that decision. The tool has greatly improved our field sales management, while also allowing us to take and manage orders, track merchandising actions, and report on account-level activities. Our rep also uses it for prospecting, and to help plan his route each day. I seriously don't know how we'd manage without it.
