The customer service we get is AMAZING, we have had ideas that we come across that we have discussed, and helped to implement in the scheduling program. The features like pre- programmed shifts work great for speed of inputting shifts into the schedule. Day off requests are especially useful, for both staff and management to manage the schedule. Adding and removing employees is very easy. Very user friendly, especially for the computer challenged people like me.
