> **Pros**: データベース構築が容易で自由度が高いこと。また、ある程度DB知識があればとても使いやすいシステムだと思うので、まったく知識のない方が使いやすくというよりは、ある程度知識のある方向けに開発していってほしいです。

> **Cons**: ①バッチ更新機能（update、insert）・・・現在テーブルをエクスポートし、excelでフラグを立てたり更新日を変更してインポートして一括更新していますが、FullFree上で更新(update・・・)や(insert into・・・）出来たら大変助かります。
例）受注済みデータ10000件から1000件を条件で絞り込み、出荷した際に出荷日と出荷済みF更新する・・・など
②確認ボタンのイベントを発生時にマクロのようなもがあれば、入力した内容の整合性チェックができるのでぜひ機能追加をご検討ください。

> ある程度DB知識があればとても使いやすいシステムだと思うので、まったく知識のない方が使いやすくというよりは、ある程度知識のある方向けに開発していってほしいです。またデータ件数が多くなるとテーブルを切り替えて表示する際、もたつきを感じます（長い時で５秒程度）表示件数を少なくしたり、WIFIを有線に変えたりしてとりあえず対応しています。（終了して再開すると一時的に早くなります。）レスポンスの改善を望みます。

> **Cons**: かかってきた電話番号がDB内にない場合、JPNumberで検索する設定にしているが、DB内検索→ない場合複数のExcelファイル内を検索→無い場合JPNumberで検索、と指定できるとありがたい。たまに、CTIに接続できないことがある。

> かかってきた電話が過去利用したお客様か即座に確認できありがたい。また、迷惑電話かも確認できるので、助かっています。
