The platform is very easy to use, I get to customize each and every line item in my digital vehicle inspection. This platform is seemless with tekmetric, and several other software platforms. I love the texting options as well as the automatic messages informing the customer throughout the process. Plus \[sensitive content hidden\] is the Bees Knees\!

> **Cons**: It took a lot of playing around for adding options to the DVI, adding recommendations, and setting up the DVI. With all the training that is done, would it be possible to share some How To Videos?

> Has been awesome, love being able to set the inspections up how we want with the wording and recommendations we want. Adding the predefined lines saves my staff times and increases production\!
