> **Pros**: - It is not only an inventory control system, it is a complete ecosystem of software and services that suite perfectly SMBs running onlineshops and selling on marketplaces- Scalability: you can start with a very low budget with the basic program and connect to their free (up to 500 products) shopsystem --- and while you grow the licence fees grow slowly with you capability as a company. And when you became a big player, of course, you pay a fair amount for all the extra features. IMO, their licencing system is great.- Super helpful support: even without a paid support plan they usually reply within a few hours or 2 days, and they are helpful\!- Helpful forum where the users help each other.

> **Cons**: - The UI is in German and so is all the business logic. Meanwhile I guess it is possible to switch to an English UI, but all the ecosystem is in German (support, forum). I am not sure if they can successfully provide a product for international use.. but there is potential- Some parts of the software (1.6.\#\#) are quite old. They refactor and improve constantly. But there are some 'artefacts' that are obviously hard to get rid of. And some features the community is longing for for a long time just do not get realised.- There are also some grown logical problems when it comes to certain business workflows that are not quite well done. But still, compared to many competitors, JTL has the least critical issues\!

> **Pros**: Ich schätze JTL seit nahezu 20 Jahren als ERP-System. JTL ist nicht perfekt, aber es bietet am Markt ein einzigartiges Preis/Leistungsverhältnis als Gesamtanbieter mit Lösungen wie die Wawi, Marktplatzanbindung, WMS, Kasse, Shop uvm. Dazu eine erstklassige Community.

> **Cons**: Wie geschrieben kein System ist perfekt und JTL hat auch Schwachstellen wie bspw. das Update-Handling. Daher empfehle ich nicht immer sofort das nächste Update einzuspielen, sondern zu testen. Das betrifft aber andere ERP-Systeme genauso.

> Ja fast 20 Jahre Erfahrung, daher allumfassend. Mein Focus liegt auf der Wawi und dem JTL-Shop + Marktplätze.

> **Pros**: With the help of workflows and the "Ameise" you can basically do whatever you want. There are rich possibilities of integrations and automations.

> **Cons**: We are hosting JTL in a server, if you are abroad the performance to reach the server and JTL can be very weak. Generally I would prefer JTL rather as a web-based version than a software. JTL is not very easy to handle for a beginner.

> **Pros**: Die Komplexität des Programms kann als Vorteil oder Nachteil gesehen werden. Vorteil-vieles kann man selbst einbauen, es stehen fast alle Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung.

> **Cons**: Der größte Nachteil des Wawi ist, dass man die Kommunikation mit anderen Verkaufsplattformen nicht richtig durchdacht hat. Diese funktioniert nämlich nur in eine Richtung, wo JTL wegweisend ist. Alle Änderungen, die von Verkaufsplattformen ausgehen, werden von JTL nicht angenommen, man muss jedes Mal alles manuell zurücksetzen, mit der Plattform neu anbinden, die Änderungen manuell übernehmen und dann von vorne alles in JTL neu einrichten. Bei keinen Onlineshops mit wenigen Artikel und 1-2 Verkaufsplattformen ist das vielleicht nicht so dramatisch, bei unserem Onlineshop mit über 150.000 Artikel war das eine Katastrophe. Sobald Ebay neue Merkmale eingeführt hat oder Amazon was bei Shipping neu dazu gefügt hat, müssten wir alles zurücksetzen und die 150.000 Artikel neu hochladen und unser Account neu einrichten. - eine Katastrophe. Auf unsere Beschwerde war nur eine Antwort: "JTL ist wegführend". Nun, wenn jemand Lust hat eigene Artikel bei jeder kleinsten Änderung auf einer Verkaufsplattform sein Account neu einzurichten - viel Spaß. Das war nichts für uns.

> Überkompliziertes Wawi. Alles musste man selbst einrichten, programmieren und selbst einstellen. Es gibt kaum fertige Lösungen. Fast alles mussten wir umstellen oder ändern oder anpassen. Als wir zum Schluss erfuhren, dass bei jedem Pfurz von Ebay, Amazon Eatsy usw. das alles neu eingestellt und eingerichtet werden muss, weil die Connectoren nicht in beide Richtungen arbeiten, sondern nur einmalig am Anfang die Einstellungen der angebundenen Plattform in JTL übertragen, sagten wir TSCHÜSS dem Haufen  Mist.

> **Pros**: Gut gedacht Umsetzung schlecht. Preise für gebunden Firmen die auf dieses System Setzten werden seit 2 Jahren ausgebeutet

> **Cons**: Ständige Preiserhöhungen, die leider nicht mehr tragbar sind. Teure Plugins Themes etc, bis der Shop sauber läuft
