> **Pros**: The customer support with this company is top tier. If ever I had questions or concerns, there was someone there to assist. The ease of use and integration process was fairly simple as compared to others. The software is a great value for the money. Two of the best features are invoicing and payment processing.

> **Cons**: Although the software is great, the only downside is the processing time. As a small business, I need and rely on payments to be processed quicker than 7 business days. Hopefully that can be improved in the near future.
