> **Pros**: Easy to log on and connect with patient.  Our schedulers send emails to patients and they seem to have an easy time figuring it out.

> **Cons**: There are times when the patients struggle with video, but it may be their connection.
> 
> Excellent and easy way to use telemedicine, not sure if the expense is worth how infrequently we use it, though.
