> **Pros**: We love that we can message employees and families very quickly and efficiently.  Having a documented uploaded to have them review is a very nice feature.  Having the facility use the same system, makes it easy for managers to see all employee schedules and able to track absenteeism and cover shifts.

> **Cons**: To make changes, there are a few steps and the page loading in-between changes seem a little long especially when making lots of changes.
