VIDA can also be integrated with HR and learning management systems to enhance the onboarding experience. This also helps in ensuring that organizations are fully DSE compliant from the get-go and introduces employees to it straight away. We currently support Azure, Okta, and Google SSO solutions. Additional SSO providers can be added on request. The alternative to SSO is a shareable link found within the dashboard to quickly invite users to the team.\n\nAdmins of the system have access to see statistics on the number of completed, pending, and in-progress assessments, the results of each evaluation relating to ergonomics, the working environment, and the team’s pain analytics. \n\nThe analytics take into account the workspace setups of teams compared to the industry average, they can track team pain and view analytics based on different tags such as office, home, or other different locations.\n\nVIDA uses a multi-tenant architecture. Access to data is strictly controlled in the secure backend using the securely logged-in user's account. Only users associated with a given company and given administrator status by the company may access any data associated with the company but not themselves. End users will only be given access to data associated with that user.
