Pros

The plateform is very user-friendly. We can get information about tracking very quick and in a very simple way. I can do my report for my management in a very simple way and all the information i need it's only in one place

We would like to create a report including other operation not related with tracking. C

An intuitive and effective software

Pros

To use on an every day basis, it's pretty effective and easy to understand. It also gives you access to a large panel of information concerning your parcels and let you twist them however you wish. It's really convenient to handle shipment tracking and make sure everything is going at the right pace and location. It's also pretty easy to configurate and personnalize your experience. The follow-up by the Boxia team is good and they have very handful guides to help you in the beginning of your usage

Cons

I would say that Boxia is a quite small software and could use to be extended to more features to really fit all the need a business could have.

Mon expérience avec Boxia a été très positive. L'intégration de l'application avec notre site e-commerce a été incroyablement facile, ne nécessitant aucun effort de développement technique. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la possibilité d'exporter facilement les données de Boxia vers notre ERP, optimisant ainsi la gestion de l'assistance et des notifications.L'utilisation de Boxia a significativement amélioré l'expérience post-achat de nos clients, en offrant une meilleure gestion et suivi des commandes. Sa facilité d'utilisation a été un point fort, permettant à notre équipe de gagner en efficacité et de se concentrer sur d'autres aspects importants de notre entreprise.En conclusion, je recommanderais sans hésitation Boxia à d'autres entreprises e-commerce pour sa facilité d'utilisation et sa capacité à améliorer l'expérience client et à faciliter le suivi des commandes.

Intégration ultra facile sans avoir besoin de connaissance en code.Permet également d'exporter facilement vos données de Boxia vers d'autres applications comme Zendesk et Zapier

J'utilise Boxia tous les jours pour notamment le suivi des colis en erreur et/ou en retard, cela nous permet d'anticiper la gestion des colis et d'offrir un meilleur service de suivi à nos clients

Pros

Nous apprécions le fait de pouvoir anticiper les retards et/ou problèmes rencontrés sur nos envois quotidiens quelque soit le transporteur. Nous pouvons contacter le transporteur concerné en amont afin de trouver une solution au plus vite, souvent avant d'être contactés par nos clients.
C'est également le partage des notes qui est intéressant et qui permet aux autres personnes de l'entreprise utilisant Boxia de voir quelle action à été menée.

Cons

Cela se déconnecte très fréquemment.
Depuis plusieurs mois le filtre "Note" n'apparait plus dans "Suivre mes colis"
