> **Pros**: We use risk warden for completing our diverse types of fire risk assessment across a portfolio of various properties and clients,  we can complete the FRA off-line onsite and have them reviewed and externally validated as part of our management procedures  We use risk warden as part of our management BAFE SP205 3rd party certification process which is externally audited every 6 months and the external validator is provided with a temporary login to undertake the review. It is a complicated  process which risk warden makes it simply

> **Pros**: The fact that our Risk Assessments are uploaded as live documents with the ability to allocate actions and add notes as tasks are completed. It creates a very good audit trail to evidence how risks are being managed and compliance is being dealt with.
