I appreciate how everything is integrated together into the system, pulling information from the organization's calendars, from Workday, and Zoom. If my holds are ready, I can just call candidates and get confirmation emails out to the panel and my candidates in a matter of minutes. I've enjoyed using the system and find it quite intuitive/navigable. > > **Cons**: The most difficult part of the process was a few logistics in getting Rooster set up for use, e.g. getting templates/Zoom accounts ready and usable for multiple users. We did have a bit of trouble at first with the Alternate Host function of Zoom through Rooster, but with the team's support we were able to find a solution and move forward to keep scheduling successfully. Our team really likes the request availability feature, as that has saved us a lot of time.
