Gupy is a Brasilian-Portuguese language recruitment software that uses artificial intelligence to automate the selection process and simplify the management of vacancies and candidates. It makes it possible to centralize job opportunities and search among professional profiles that match the vacancy requirements. With Gupy, companies can also advertise their vacancies on the main employment portals and social networks, expanding their reach to thousands of candidates. Some additional features of the tool include dozens of online qualification tests, the ability to customize the steps of each process, apply behavioral profile assessments, automatically read resumes, and standardize interviews. The software is Brazilian and not availible in English.

It is a simple but efficient job site/app (at least for candidates), with a clean interface and some good features, that allow us to easily replicate our CV information there.
Pros
It offers the possibility to upload a PDF CV (from Glassdoor on my case), and it auto-fill almost all profile information. The profile editing form is very simple and has a beatiful design. It allows me to log in using my LinkedIn profile, which was great!
Cons
When a was navigating, I refreshed the page accidentally and it not have saved my progress, so I have to fill some things again.

I have had an excellent experience with Gupy during these many years that I have been using the site. I have little to complain about other than what has already been mentioned. I recommend it to anyone.
Pros
I really liked the authorization, intuitive interface and customization of the website for various job postings. I've been using it for years and I don't have much to complain about.
Cons
The disadvantages that I find a little stressful are the errors in the platform that end up harming the job candidate: Slowness and errors in the system, etc. Other than that, the website is excellent.

Pros
Gupy makes possible direct communication between recruiter and candidate.
Cons
The UI and the UX overall is very confusing and even with clear information, it's hard to understand due to lack of contrast in the design. Also, the application process is aggressive: tried to check the information required to apply for a job position and when clicked the "Apply for this job" button, the application was automatically submitted without further notice. I didn't even submit my resume neither other relevant information. That was a bad and confusing experience.
