> **Pros**: nothing, its a real pain to use, the content is simple and patronising but accessing the site is frustrating, landing pages change and I cannot find my way around to do quickly what I have to do.

> Its annoying, time consuming and altogether not helpful. We signed up with a H\&S management company who had a simple learning platform that worked for us, then they changed not for the better to this awful platform.

> **Cons**: the building of it the consultant wasn't great, not compared with other products such as people planner and care planning he was more of a show and tell not an assist type of person.
