> **Pros**: The customer service at Event boss is second to none. If I had a problem the sales team would ring me within the hour and have it resolved in a matter of hours. They would update the software and make it fit my needs.  Great service with a great product.

> **Cons**: If I am being extremely critical, I think the event boss could be a big more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It would also be better if it could run a booking system for phone calls and meetings and set reminders and alarms.

> Pleasure. I'd be lost without it. It is exactly what any growing business needs to really help manage the CRM and sales cycles.
