> **Pros**: Abila FR50 is incredibly easy to use and learn.

> **Cons**: Abila FR50 does not have an audit trail other than you can tell who made a change to a record. You can not see what change was made. It would be an ideal program for a small organization with not a lot of complex needs.

> Overall our experience has been really good. Their customer service is great\! However, our organization is just too big and complex and I don't feel like it handles our needs very well.

> **Cons**: There are no bells and whistles. It's very basic. It would work best for an organization that can input every donation received individually, because it can't pull donation information directly from the donation page.

> This is the first system I ever used so I thought it was terrible when I started. Now I've used CiviCRM and I long for the days when I had Fundraising 50.
