> **Pros**: We are able to create quotes quickly and the ability to have images and links attached gives the quote extra good quality for the client.

> **Cons**: We send our quotes from our email, not through Service Toolz, because we had to explain to clients all the time to check their spam files to find our quotes, therefore we also have to approve our own quotes, that ability is not available through the .pdf
> 
> We are very happy with it and continue to use it daily.
