> **Pros**: This is great tool where we as team work on our strategic goals. With it we maintain the focus and not losing sight from common goal.

> **Cons**: Sometimes, when we have more tasks trough years ( adding or removing) they are not numerically sorted, but after log out or login they come back in right order). BTW this might been resolved, but I was confused at the time.
> 
> We also have expert from OnStrategy working with us which is priceless in our alignment and expectation from the team.  I would definitely suggest to use their approach to build the team synergy about company strategy. This is not a natural process that team is following the strategy, they always tend to go to operational task but with the tool and and expert we accomplished that this is normal exercise to the team.
