> **Pros**: The best customer support I've ever come across. The team are always willing to help. They actually listen and implement suggestions. I love how easy the reports can be edited, this is a huge advantage. The overall use is easy to pick up.

> **Cons**: There needs to be automated 6-12 monthly reminders for customers and templates you can use to do so.  It's time consuming manually contacting repeat customers. There also needs to be a drawing tool for photos and certificates.

> Overall I'm still happy I chose Mira when deciding who to use. If you fine tune some of the features I've mentioned in the cons, it will blow the competition right out the water.
