> **Pros**: Even if the platform have a lot of features I mainly use it to track my own time on each task for manging projects. If I require a contractor or any type of scheduling and reports on budget vs cost  TimeTrack also fits the bill.

> **Cons**: It has a lot of features, which can make it challenging to get started, but the documentation and support are relatively easy to follow.

> **Pros**: Am besten gefällt mir die einfache Art der Arbeitszeit- und Projektzeiterfassung, da ich die anderen Mitarbeiter kontrollieren muss.

> **Cons**: Ich finde verbesserungswürdig, dass die Darstellung der Abwesenheiten beim beantragten Urlaub zwar in Kalenderform, aber nicht offensichtlich wer wann fehlt zu sehen ist. Schön wäre die Übernahme der Urlaubsanträge in eine Form eines üblichen Urlaubsplaners, gerade für die Firmenleitung.

> Time Track ist für mich sehr wohl gut durchdacht, es müsste aber berücksichtigt werden, dass die User immer mal wieder etwas nachschauen wollen und da sind mir die Hilfestellungen zu oberflächlich, also die Unterstützung der User sollte ausführlicher sein.
