Wir können mit combit unsere Prozesse verwalten, Aufgaben koordinieren, Entscheidungen schneller treffen und mehr Zeit auf unsere tatsächliche Arbeit verwenden. 
 
Außerdem ist jeder im Team ständig über alle Aktivitäten im Loop, ohne hunderte E-Mails händisch schreiben zu müssen. Das ist bisher eine sehr positive Entwicklung.
 
Wir werden beizeiten das Thema Automatisierung stärker in Angriff nehmen, um in Zukunft noch schneller und kundenfreundlicher reagieren zu können.

> **Pros**: DIe Flexibilität mit der die Software auf die eigenen Nutzungsfelder und Bedrüfnisse angepasst werden kann.

> **Cons**: Kein Anwenderhandbuch für den Endnutzer. Das mitgelieferte Anwenderhandbuch ist für den Administrator gerade noch hilfreich, für den Endnutzer muss allerdings ein eigenes Handbuch erstellt werden. Dieser Kritikpunkt ist im Bewusstsein, dass die Software je nach individueller Anpassung und Nutzungsfall sehr unterschiedlich aussehen kann. FÜr die mitgelieferten Solutions wäre allerdings ein Endnutzerhandbuch wünschenswert.
