The wide range of tools and integrations surpasses those of manychat and others. The flow builder is minimalistic and easy to use. Additionally, the provided knowledge base and tutorials are highly appreciated as they are laid out in a way that enables users to easily learn how to use the platform. I wish the pro features were included in my lifetime account, as I am just a small business owner startup. I can't afford to pay for manychat's monthly AI integration. Fortunately, Clepher has third-party AI integration, allowing me to connect my open AI API for almost a cent a day for AI add-ons. I'm so happy that I found this messenger marketing tool as an alternative to the expensive manychat and pancake. It took me a day or two of chatting with their chatbot to confirm that the promised value and features offered to me are true. I even watched the video sales letter three times and I feel like it's really a jackpot for me, considering the robust features that benefit my needs for my small business. > > **Cons**: One thing that annoys me is that the builder suddenly hangs once in a while.
