The all inclusive platform for in person events. Attendee management, paid and non-paid tickets, and email list
Cons
I would love to have more short video tutorials to address FAQ's on the features once I am ready to edit or change the website etc.

Pros
I have used many other association management software platforms and have found that most have become too expensive for my clients while their customer service has declined.
Cons
My only frustration is that their payment processor, Stripe, takes out the credit card fees on each transaction instead of on a monthly basis like other credit card processors. That being said, this is a Stripe issue, not a Brynk issue!

[sensitive content hidden] and Brynk came highly recommended from 5 other US, sister organizations; however he customized our site to accommodate all of the one-off needs we had. Brynk IS great and the customer service is simply excellent! Their rapid response time, tailoring of answers, and using layman’s terms coupled with the relative ease of using the platform and the tutorials was an unexpected plus. [sensitive content hidden] has made it simple and clear to all the team how to address website updates, changes for member portals and much more. The stripe fee and monthly Brynk maintenance fee seem very fair and competitive. To date we’ve had no issues with security, and virtually no complaints from members trying to use the site.
Pros
This software platform has transformed the way we do business. With over 200 members our invoicing of annual dues renewals and payments, along with new member applications and pro-rated dues has streamlined and cut our involvement time by nearly 80%. Our ability to email members regarding events, track attendance, provide reports on all facets of events, provide updated calendars with great graphics and more, is a capability we did not have previously and is used daily.
Love the site design and the Dashboard View Feature for a quick recap of all activities.

The team is incredible, and the process for getting support is so fast and easy. Updating the website and user experience is so much easier from an admin perspective and the users love the member portal. The reporting capabilities offer in-depth views of membership and event status. Our members feedback is overwhelmingly positive on switching to the Brynk Platform. We could not be happier with moving over to Brynk.
Pros
The platform offers a wide range of features that meet the needs of our organization. The backend is easy to use from managing memberships to events. The payment software integration is flawless for processing payments and sending invoices. The event management component is user friendly and robust with features for different event types. The membership management component offers user friendly reporting features with a dashboard view that makes day to day operations streamlined with one look.
Cons
We have not found a feature on the Brynk Platform that we are unhappy with. IF we do not like the way a feature works Brynk works with us to develop what we need.

Our experience with the developer [sensitive content hidden] and the Brynk platform is excellent. The process was straightforward and the end-product was customizable and delivered on time. The redesign of our website, migration to the Brynk platform, and the development of the mobile app took about 4 weeks from the date of the signed contract for the project. Additionally the website and platform support has been responsive and consistently helpful.
Pros
Admin Pros: Dashboard is the command center that gives you a snapshot of revenue, event registration, dues renewals, and messaging. It's easy to navigate and take a more detailed look in each of the areas. Easy to generate reports for each of the areas of membership management and events management. No need to go to separate websites to manage payments, event registration, and membership communications (eblasts). The all-in-one platform allows more efficient administrative management of the organization. User Pros: The member portal on the website is easy to use. With the addition of the mobile app, a member's phone is all they need to pay their dues, sign up for events, connect with other members through the membership directory, read member news and the latest eblast.
Cons
It such a big improvement over the membership management software we were previously using that we have no cons to share.
