> **Pros**: Gigasheet was extremely easy to start using. There is very little setup time required. When I first started using Gigasheet last year, the feature set was a little too limited for what I needed, but they have added tons of features since then\! The customer support is also fantastic; I was always connected to a real person in very little time, and they were always able to help in a friendly and efficient manner\!

> **Cons**: As I said above, the lack of advanced formulas for manipulating data was limited when I started, but they have added tons more useful features since then.
> 
> Overall, my experience with Gigasheet has been very good. It allowed me to analyze data for a new product line which had tens of millions of possible configurations. This was impossible in Excel\! Even with all this data, the product ran very smoothly.
