The difficulty with closing folders is that I have to update two places every time I make a change to a document (DM and Closing Folders). I also routinely have difficulty changing line items in my closing agenda on Closing Folders from "items" to headings. IT is annoying that you cannot promote a \#'rd item to a "Heading".
