> **Pros**: UVExplorer quickly gathered information about my network. It crawled through the treasure trove of SNMP data that my switches and routers gave up. UVExplorer is able to gather all the necessary information fast and reliably. That is the best thing about it. It doesn't take much to configure it before letting it loose.

> **Cons**: The network map that UVExplorer provides is fairly static in way that won't allow you to dynamically / manually update the map from within the map itself. Since some machines could be behind a hub, it would be nice to quickly attach those machines to the proper ports on a an unmanaged switch from the map but you cannot do that.

> UVExplorer has helped our business gain a quick insight into what our network looks like but it lacks the robustness and customization that other more expensive software provides. If UVExplorer could provide more robust features and stay at the same price point. I could see it gaining many more customers.
