It has a clean UI and can be easily navigated by the new users who have no previous experience in survey creation. It also helps in distribution of surveys and collection of results which can be further analysed for decision making.

> **Cons**: It is a great software in my opinion and quite easy to understand. It makes the tedious task of creating surveys and collecting responses easy and seamless. It comes with an array of features and tools that can help a user create simple surveys in no time. Sometimes a surveys takes a little long to refresh but overall I have no complains about the software.
