> **Pros**: Pearl AI Second Opinion is a great visual tool to explain diagnostic finding to patients. It makes it easier for patients to understand tooth anatomy, carious lesions, and infections.
> 
> **Cons**: The AI is not as well trained as other AI systems out there. The coloration of the anatomical layers versus caries could be better distinguished. Customer support is a bit lacking as well. It is hard to get a response.
> 
> Overall, Pearl gets the job done - using AI to detect diagnostic findings and making it easier to share and explain these findings to patients.
