Additionally, as a new user, I received almost unlimited attention and guidance from the software team, including the founder. I feel they are invested in my success and support me which is very refreshing and encouraging. It also allows me to personalize it by uploading forms/tests/scales that are relevant for my practice. Perhaps the best aspect of this software are built-in therapeutic modules that can be assigned to patients as homework. It is really fun and engaging feature, that my patients appreciate a lot. Individualized and meticulous customer service support is absolutely 5 stars. You can tell that they put a lot of thought into how they designed the software so it makes it really easy to follow with a modern look. Simple to use but still has a lot of the different options that I need for my clinic. I have yet to take advantage of all the options they provide so I’m curious to see how the rest of the software works.Majority of the things are set up to where I can do scheduling, order meds, write the notes, and submit the bills all in one section. However, it looks like you can also have other users individually working on the bills separately without affecting your own workflow if you have a bigger practice.It’s also really nice that I can create my own forms just the way I want them to look and also send the client forms directly to the client to sign themselves. Looks like they have a community share section for the forms if I’m too busy to make my own and many come preloaded. I really like the different options of who can sign the forms which really makes treatment plans very convenient to fill out.One of the things that stood out to me that I haven’t seen other software are the therapy modules. I think that’s a feature that the clients will really appreciate and I can take advantage of that I haven’t seen done in other EMRs.Reporting breaks it down to how much each clinician is making- even if they’re billing under another clinician.Price is low. > > **Cons**: I have not found something I didn't like yet.
