I can look at individual staff profiles or different groups of them. It's easy to group staff as needed and keep an eye on each of those groups. It's convenient for our country leaders to monitor the finances of those who also work in that country and coach them or help them if necessary. Our Director of Recruiting can keep track of how new staff are progressing on raising funds. Additionally, it's easy for staff themselves to monitor donations. They can track their progress and oftentimes know if they're missing a donation they expected. Its simplicity is sufficient for their needs and because of this, there's not much coaching or problems that arise from this software. > > **Cons**: There is often some confusion with new staff about the discrepancies between differences in the "Donations" tab and the overall account balance. The "Donations" tab doesn't account for the expenses that come out each month from our staff account, but the tab that does account for those expenses doesn't update until the end of the month. I had a lot of back and forth trying to get that done. I believe it was a lack of education on how that needs to be done. > > I do recommend it for those who use donor management systems, especially cloud-based platforms. We love the integration of Donor Hub with DonorWise, TnT Connect, and Givesite. These 4 products have streamlined our donor processing, member reporting, and website donations.
