> **Pros**: Kompassify is easy to use, has all the features you need from a product tour / onboarding tool, and does it all at a fraction of the price of competitors. They are constantly adding updates and new features. Their customer support is OUTSTANDING. They will bend over backwards to make fixes or help you when you get stuck.

> **Cons**: When I first started using Kompassify, some of the more advanced features were hard to implement on my own as a non-technical person. That said, their customer support took the time to walk me through everything step by step, and I eventually got everything configured the way I wanted it.

> **Pros**: It requires little to no knowledge about code to build functional User Onboarding tours. Its quite easy to setup and to build the steps. It's also possible to segment your users to see different tours and guides.

> **Cons**: As the time of writing, there were no "organize and filter" features in lists. It gets a little messy after having 15+ tours spread across 3 pages.

- Son support client réactif
- Ses fonctionnalités qui permettent de couvrir l'ensemble de nos besoins sur notre plateforme web : Product tour, checklists, announcements (pour les nouveautés notamment)

> **Cons**: Il est dommage que Kompassify soit un outil conçu pour le web uniquement et non pour les applications mobile type IOS ou android. 
L'outil peut être également difficile à prendre en main dans un premier temps mais le support très réactif et les explications données font de Kompassify un excellent outil.
