It works with our Reports server well and was easy to use. The fact that I can go in and get the warranty data to compare to other sources to ensure the data I am providing to upper manaegement is correct is a huge help. It saves me time and effort in manual data gathering from multiple sources where before it would take days or longer and sometimes be inconsistent. The amount of information around the software it can gather saves you time and helps with Asset management as device info is always gathered. The tools are integrated which makes it easy to use in your daily work and throughout your team.
