> **Pros**: The overall display of all different options for booking is really good, gives you a good overview of what you are booking, suggests hotels for example intuitively, company preferences can be added. The booking is very very easy. Never had issues with booking and every time got great overview of what I am booking.

> **Cons**: First few times when I was using KDS Neo I was struggling a bit trying to find my way around the system. However after like 3 or 4 times, when I got bit more familiar with it, it became much more intuitive and much easier to work with.
