Everyone we encountered genuinely cared about our needs and worked hard to come up with creative solutions.  Not an easy task as our business is a bit of a square peg in a world of round holes :)

> **Pros**: Assists with organizing leads and getting proposals out quickly and efficiently.  Emailing within the softward keeps all communication in one place so when we turnover events to our coordinators, they have all of the information.

> **Cons**: Cannot attach more than 10MB.  Sometimes photos with venue info or catering menus will be more than that for us.  Which will result in having to send multiple emails or emailing outside of the venue software.
> 
> This software has been awesome and is constantly been improving since we starting using it in 2022.  We handle multiple restaurant venues and it allows us to book with ease, communicate with clients and within the team easily\!  We have watched our revenue grow year over year.
