> **Pros**: Access Granted is very user-friendly for homeowners to sign up for the pool an receive their pool passes. I would recommend this for any community not already using it. I have worked with other systems that take more time to process and trouble shoot.

> **Cons**: Though I have received very few complaints about this, sometimes, the attachment that goes out to a patron's mobile device will need to be re-sent if it does not open, however, it is a quick fox.
