The GDPR posture is serious rather than cosmetic (proper audit trails, granular consent, EU-friendly hosting), which mattered a lot in our evaluation. Onboarding was straightforward, and the integration with existing PACS via their API was much less painful than the equivalent exercise tends to be in this space. > > **Cons**: Some of the structured reporting templates need configuration before they fit a given specialty's workflow well.
