> **Pros**: They were a newer company when we signed up, and had joined the Georgia chapter of the Utility Contractors Association. Being active members in GUCA we chose to support them.

> **Cons**: Trackers not working, reached out to customer service to resolve the issue and they acted with no urgency. Ended up having a trailer (with several high dollar tools on board) stolen that we could not track.  Initially they offered to cover our insurance deductible verbally. They then retracted, we were supposed to get a discount on the monthly fee, not sure if it happened. Won't let us out of the 4 year contract

> Over promise and under deliver should be their company slogan.  From very invasive installs (drilled holes in the dash board and side view mirrors to install cameras without explaining/asking permission to damage vehicle interiors), unresponsive tech support and back end office not allowing us to take our business elsewhere.
