> **Pros**: Nexus is a great tool to add information in and keep notes near, while on the phones.  It also shows the latest data inputs and that is very helpful as well.

> **Cons**: The bad thing about Nexus, is that when it does not work well, it can be slow and cause a delay on your call.  Sometimes the areas are all grayed out, and you can not put information into the data fields as needed.
