> **Pros**: Our shop in Brooklyn is fast paced so I was worried it wasn't going to be able to handle our daily influx of cars. I like software alot, it's fast and easy to pull customer info. Few things I've asked for they added to system to make my life easier. Live support chat is a real person and is actually helpful.

> **Cons**: It was their reports before but now that they have their advanced reports out. They took awhile to release it but they did release it as they promised.
