The system is robust and has the reporting needed for a full service hotel. The reports scheduler is great and sends out financial reports to leadership automatically, so there is no need to keep up with this task. > > **Cons**: The support for Opera is horrible. It seems everytime I am on a call with them they do not wish to help and just spin us in circles. The UI is also very retro and they need to update it. This system just assumes you are an idiot and overly explains every little thing, this in turn make the screen full of useless information. > > **Cons**: No shortcuts and you have to process 5000 clicks more than in V5. Everything is overly explained and has in Opera V5 you could have all the relevant information required to do a check-in in one screen, in here you have to click in 5 different windows until you gather all the data. Entire circle can managed for a customer / guest from booking to checkout over this software. It helps keeping management up to date w.r.t low inventory such as food, cleaning equipment and tools, guest supplies, room cleaning etc. Helps with walk in reservation and also helps with price adjustment over the weekdays / weekends.
