> **Pros**: When the guiding philosophy is "something is better than nothing", then Shape is great for getting you out of a pinch.
> 
> **Cons**: The content is bland, relatively ineffective from a pedagogical point of view, and universally does not create much engagement.
> 
> If your primary metric is output of content, and getting \*something\* in front of your teams for the least effort/money, Shape is awesome\! If you're more interested in whether the learning goes in, then there's no substitute for good old fashioned high quality learning design.
