The app is for everyone at the factory :
Alex is the mobile app to manage and track the operational skills of the shop floor people\! It is the “work passport” of the frontline workers, with certified skills, know-hows and clearances. Alex tracks the operational skills that are not tracked by HR software. It is made for blue collars and is gaining traction from white collars to track their practical skills.

The app is available on mobile : 
Take action on the go: schedule mentorship, perform a training, scan the proof of training, find skilled workers in the factory when there is a missing worker or a rush.

Traceability \& ISO Compliance: 
Alex digitalizes training proofs, certifies them through a validation process and permanently tracks the workers’ skills. In case of an audit or an incident you are guaranteed that the workers comply with each workstation requirement.

Breaking silos: 
Alex enables seamless collaboration between the shop floor and support services: HR, Quality \& Methods. Collecting the production needs \& staff assignments, Alex generates the training requests and projects the future needs to generate the training load plan for the next 12 months. It also offers a training management platform to schedule training and track everyone’s progress.

Cette interface avait été identifiée comme la plus pertinente pour répondre à nos besoins (avoir un seul et même outil pour gérer la polyvalence et les formations aux postes/ Réglementaires) et s'est confirmée durant les différentes phases de déploiement. L'accompagnement du fournisseur est également un véritable support. Un outil intuitif et performant qu'il faut continuer de faire vivre \!

Visualisation de la validité des compétences en temps réel et savoir à l'instant T s'il y a des renouvellements à lancer. Partager ces informations avec les responsables de service et les collaborateurs. Définir des objectifs sur le nombre de collaborateurs autonomes et tuteurs avec code couleur. La planification des formations et tutorats, avec validation en masse des preuves. Interface visuelle et rapide à prendre en main. Un réel gain de temps et efficacité vs l'utilisation des fichiers Excel précédemment utilisés. De nouvelles fonctionnalités sont proposées régulièrement. Lorsque nous avons eu besoin de support ou accompagnement, Alex s'est montré présent et réactif.

> **Cons**: Le déploiement peut paraitre long si on ne lui consacre pas le temps nécessaire. Dans l'idéal il faut mettre une ressource dédiée le temps de renseigner les informations, même si les fichiers d'imports Excel font gagner du temps.  La visualisation de l'historique du parcours de tutorat serait un plus.

> Avec l'utilisation de Alex nous avons pu regrouper plusieurs fichiers Excel difficiles à maintenir à jour dans un seul logiciel qui compile et dynamise ces informations. Les données sont toutes numérisées et accessibles à tout moment par tous les interlocuteurs de l'entreprise (du collaborateur au directeur de site). L'interface est agréable et vite adoptée.
