Deadline reminders and communication with funders, clients, and teammates is facilitated through the platform. Instead of keeping funder information in my head, on a spreadsheet, or on post-it notes on my desk, I keep it all in GEMS where it's accessible to all. Since using GEMS, my firm's procedures have tightened up considerably- from application prep to submissions to funder communication to award procedures... it's all improved thanks to GEMS\!

> **Pros**: There are many feature in GEMS that I find to be really great. As a new user to the software and to fundraising, I found GEMS to be very user friendly. Tracking of tasks and running reports has been very helpful for both our team and clients. The support provided by the GEMS team has been amazing\! We absolutely love attending the Master Classes to learn more about how we can utilize the software better.

With minimal information inputted, I can produce detailed reports for board members and leadership teams to see. I used to have three different systems to accomplish what GEMS does in one system.
