> **Pros**: This software allows for highly efficient collaboration and communication between testers and application/asset owners for vulnerability reporting and remediation process. I like how a central collection of vulnerabilities is present which increases the speed of report writing for my team. As an admin, I can add vulnerabilities and their accurate descriptions, impact, recommendations and references to the collection and my team just has insert personal observations and proof-of-concept of issues discovered. Scan reports from Nessus, Acunetix, etc., can also be imported in the report. Before sending the reports, a manager can review the report by using the eye view feature which lets one know how the report will look post submission.I also liked the issue management process post report submission. If a developer or application owner has fixed only certain number of issues, they can highlight this in the tool using comments and changing the status from 'In progress' to 'In review' and submit them for re-test. This provides flexibility to the application owner in their issue remediation process and helps testers in conducting timely re-test.

> **Cons**: There were many cons at the start when I first started using the software but the ASPIA team has been highly receptive to my feedback and open to discussion on new features to be implemented.  If the email settings are not properly configured and understood by an admin or manger, this can result in lot of clutter in the inbox. Be sure to discuss this with ASPIA team to avoid the issue.

> So far, ASPIA has helped my organization and our clients in streamlining the vulnerability management process. We have saved lot of time which would have otherwise been wasted on creating word reports and constant email/mobile communications between multiple teams for each and every vulnerability resolution.The tool has also given management and leadership an accurate grasp on the security hygiene of their organization's assets and how to improve it.
