The best part, for me, is that I finally have access to my collections in the cloud, and that I can easily pull up a record for any object on my phone or tablet during a meeting. The interface is super user-friendly, and it looks beautiful whether it's accessed on my computer, tablet, or phone. And, it works just as well across all three platforms. I can pull object lists/insurance valuations/object labels with one button, saving me a lot of time, and I know more features like this are being added. Customer service is super responsive; features are constantly getting added, and suggestions for added features and improvements are taken seriously by the developer. As the director of a small non-profit, one of the biggest pluses for me is the price.
