It does everything it needs to do and it's quite well built. I found it quite easy to navigate to each page and section that I needed for the challenges and for individual health tracking. > > **Cons**: I found it a bit difficult to navigate when we first set everything up. I did also notice that it does not sync with Samsung Health? We lost a couple people in the challenge due to this Factor. It also took a little bit of time to figure out that steps only appear after each hour if you're using the Fitbit app to sync your steps. What would be more helpful is a few more frequently asked questions or help guides to drill down into some of the practicalities of the app. So that when there's roadblocks to usage the answer is easily found. > > From what I've observed and seen being a participant in the challenges with our company is that it certainly has gotten people moving\! People are more aware of their health and more motivated to move and be healthy. Even personally I found this to be extremely helpful. I went from around 2,500 step today to 12500 a day\!
