It's so important to see how active you stay all day and I love the goals that are set for you, whether it's reaching 9 hours of activity (Easy\!) or 10,000 steps a day (I deserve some claps, I reach this goal in my 1b1b at least 4 times a week) . You can also track your workouts, and it's awesome that there are already some pre-determined workouts. I believe adults would benefit so much from using it, it tracks the quality of sleep and the oxygen levels, the water intake, even nutrition, but I don't really use it because I would have to use my phone, and honestly, the Fitbit is a great way to take a break from your phone. I have not experienced any issues with the functionality, it never crashed or turned off, it works excellent. > > **Cons**: What I like the least is that it has some apps that are added without even asking me, and honestly, I don't use them and don't care for them, like Strava or Pandora. I'm not sure why they're there, maybe they're partners or sponsors? I don't know. I also don't like that there is a basic and a premium account. I paid over $100 for my Fitbit, therefore I should be entitled to access all the features with no extra charge. If I need to upgrade, I would just buy a new one.
