Our hardware is a plug &amp; play door reader that connects directly to any electric strike (or electrified lock, or maglock). It connects to the internet and power via Power Over Ethernet (POE). This allows the door reader to retrieve power and internet connectivity from the same connection, reducing complexity and lowering implementation costs.
