We also use Clearbit for lead enrichment on leads that are coming in via inbound. The quality has been good for both, and when we do have technical issues the team is great at giving us a quick response so we know they are working on it.

> **Pros**: Great that the platform is in actually Salesforce. You do. It have to switch screens to use it. Allows you to pull data in without leaving the screen.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the data inside is old and outdated.  It is also hard to see, because it is has a white interface and Salesforce has a white interface too, you find yourself going up n down.
