> **Pros**: The automation sequences are a dream. Our first go-around with this was far more successful than we had anticipated. The first time we put this out to customers (34 to be exact) in our initial effort... we had a 97% completion rate. The owner, who has created and exited successful SAAS products before, has a strong intuition for user needs. We used the templates... reverse engineered them a bit... and customized them to our exact needs. Awesome. Oh and also, getting new numbers and inboxes is the easiest thing ever.

> **Cons**: I wish it were easier to duplicate campaigns. Good news = sounds like that's coming in the next release.

> My highest possible recommendation. We are excited to scale this (\!\!\!).  If you're looking for SMS/MMS marketing, but don't want to be constrained by: (1) putting a live body in front of it, 24/7 or (2) limited by simple, one-off "away messages" -- then THIS is the software for you. Built correctly, it works on auto-pilot.
